Get to Know Me
I was born in the UK but grew up and was educated in the Middle East, where I would produce music videos and promotional videos for my college, before moving to London to pursue a professional career in post production. I received a BA (Hons) Film degree from the University of Westminster as a 2020 graduate. I currently work as an Edit Assistant at The Farm.
I have edited material shot digitally as well as on film, using a range of software such as Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve with a variety of workflows. Having used these programmes (predominantly Avid), I have edited a range of short films and documentaries.​

My approach to work is both technical and creative and I enjoy working with Directors to create collaborative pieces of work. I intend to use my skills to motivate my career as an Editor.

Edit Assistant - The Farm
Edit Assisting for for high end TV; ingesting, full finishing and exports for viewings while maintaining good communication with important clients e.g. Netflix, BBC, ITV. I have worked on projects including: An Evening with Adele, Big Fat Quiz of The Year 2021, Britain’s Got Talent Series 15.

Maintained high standard of client services in a post production environment, attended to celebrity/VIP clients whilst keeping up-to-date with COVID protocol for staff and client safety

Freelance Editor - Biscay Music
I worked as a Freelance Editor, commissioned to create multiple lyric videos for a band's upcoming album, to be released on YouTube and various streaming platforms. I created mood boards and storyboards before collaborating on the videos with the group's manager.
June 2019
Assistant Editor - Audrey and the Rocket
A short Drama film that has won a multitude of awards and nominations including being nominated for 2020 Best Drama at Royal Television Society Student Awards. I worked with the post production by syncing and organising footage.
September 2018 - 2019
Freelance Photographer
I worked as a freelance Photographer for a range of professional clients including Salon International and L’Oréal. I photographed various fashion shows as well as taking Instagram photos, stories, Boomerangs for the brands' Instagram accounts.
October - December 2019
Editor - 'Not In Our Name'
A documentary that recorded events following the legalisation of abortion and same-sex marriage in Belfast, Northern Ireland in October 2019. The documentary featured strong political opinions regarding topical issues.
March - May 2019
Editor - Mr & Mrs Bucket
An 80s-inspired quirky comedy film that was screened in Offline Web Fest 2019. It achieved three nominations and went on to win two of them. The film is also nominated for a Comedy award at National Television Society.

0.51 Productions
I worked for an up and coming company that focuses on gender equality and motivating women to enter the Film industry. I ran various social media accounts; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. I used these social media accounts to fundraise £15,000 on Kickstarter, that funded a short film. The film ‘The Other You’ was screened at Calcutta International Film Festival and won the
‘Women In Film’ award in 2019.

From 2018 to 2019 I worked for an up-and-coming film production company called 0.51 Productions that aimed to empower women within the industry. Our short film won the Women In Film award.
For our short film Mr & Mrs Bucket, we won two awards; Best Actress in a Supporting Role and Best Production Design.
UK Offline Web Fest 2019
Kodak Student Commercial Awards
Our group created a commercial for the mental health app Mindshine using stop motion animation. We were given three awards including Best Production Design.
